By attending our events, you grant us the permission to use such media for promotional activities. 2.3 Sponsor Information Exchange During the e-climb summit 2023, sponsors may utilize lanyards to facilitate connections between attendees and like-minded peers or partners. By permitting a sponsor to exchange information with you, your contact information, including email and phone, will be shared with the sponsor. Event Registration and Attendance 3.1 Registration Acceptance Ecollative Global reserves the right to accept, reject, or prohibit registration for or attendance at its events at any time and for any reason. 3.2 Assumption of Risks By attending the e-climb summit, you expressly assume all risks associated with your participation or presence at the event. This includes, but is not limited to, risks of harm, damage, illness (including communicable diseases), or injury (including death) to yourself or your property.
